FREE SHIPPING on all orders $50 (pre-tax) and over! A low flat shipping cost of $3.50 will be added to invoices under $50. After each paid order that includes the $3.50 shipping charge, you will have free shipping for 24 hours in the event you add additional orders. If your item is marked 'shipped' but you have not received it, feel free to reach out to us via email ASAP – Support@ThePaisleyHeart.com . PLEASE make sure you have the correct shipping address listed when you check out. If packages are returned to TPH due to an address error, you will be charged a $5 re-shipping fee to resend. RETURNS/REFUNDS: I hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you, we are happy to accept it back within below policy! The most common reason for a return is that an item does not fit. I highly encourage you to try on your new item(s) as soon as you receive your package.
TPH Return Policy: TPH PERMITS RETURNS RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 21 DAYS from receipt of delivery confirmation for a full store credit refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There are a few requirements to note with the item(s) you wish to return:
FINAL SALE ITEMS: LEGGINGS/JEGGINGS/PANTS/JEANS, BRAS, SHOES, JEWELRY PURCHASES, any items posted as LAST CALL SALE, SALE, WEEKLY STEAL, or FINAL SALE are all final sale items that may not be returned. KanCan, Sneak Peek and Judy Blue Jeans are an exception and are eligible for return (when purchased at full price).
PLEASE READ!! PLEASE READ!! Items received 21+ days after receipt of delivery confirmation will not be eligible for return. We will notify you that your item is nonreturnable and offer the option to have your item sent back to you at your cost of return shipping or you may opt to have us donate to a local women's shelter. Final Sale items are just that, FINAL! No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please do not attempt to return as all Final Sale items will be donated without option for a return to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS; thank you for understanding.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Your satisfaction is very important to us. ALWAYS look your items over and try them on as soon as you receive them. If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Please note that we accept reasonable replacement/refund requests submitted within ONE WEEK (7 days) from delivery confirmation. If we can replace your item, we will. If we cannot, you will be eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGES: If you are wishing to exchange an item, you can reach out to us to make special arrangements to do so. We will most likely suggest you purchase the new size/item(s) you are wanting and then once we receive the same item back at TPH within policy, we can make the exception to refund you.
